Lisa has broad compensation design and implementation experience in both corporate and consulting environments. She assists clients in all steps of compensation program development including strategy identification, program design and implementation. Lisa is a founding partner of 3C.
Lisa has worked with organizations varying in size from small start-up ventures to large multi-nationals. She has designed and implemented total compensation programs across numerous industries including biotechnology, business services, financial services, healthcare, higher education, insurance, manufacturing, retail, high-technology, and not-for-profit organizations.
Lisa was a compensation consultant and project manager in the Chicago office of Buck Consultants for eight years and has also held compensation positions with USA Today and Sherwin-Williams.
Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in industrial psychology from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in business from George Washington University.
