Sue joined 3C in 2003 as a compensation consultant. Sue's area of expertise is conducting in depth specialized surveys. These surveys cover benefits, salary and a variety of HR related issues.

Sue primarily has provided compensation consulting services to a large retail food and drug company, which during her tenure included positions associated with the healthcare field.

Professional Background
Sue worked with American Stores for more than 10 years in Compensation and Benefits as a Compensation Analyst and Market Information Manager. During that period of time, she analyzed and maintained store salary and incentive plans and corporate nonexempt pay structures. This included job grading and evaluations. On behalf of the business, Sue also participated in over 40 annual third party surveys ranging from compensation planning, to corporate, division and local area salary and benefits.

Sue also spent four years as a Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst, rounding out her retail Distribution knowledge.

Before joining 3C, Sue spent two years as a Compensation Consultant for Albertsons, Inc.
